A perfect evening at home

What do I do when the kids go to bed? I don’t want much. I just want a clean house, four quiet kids, a beer, a plate of chips and a new episode of The New Girl. I call my sister and she watches it from her house and I watch it is from hers.

Just leave me alone

I have a little chair that Will, Abby, Harper and now Cecilia use.  The chair sits in my kitchen so that I can put the baby down for five minutes (or until she screams) so that I can start dinner, help another kids with something, or break up fights. While Cece hates the carseat, she doesn't mind the little chair, as long as she can see me.  There is one down side for Cece; Harper.  Harper doesn't understand personal space.  She loves C, however she is in her face.  While I constantly say "Harper get out of her face," Harper's constant attention to Cece does usually buy me an extra minute or two to get stuff done.
